Preparations are underway for the CVTU Winter Fly Tying Classes. Classes begin on Tuesday January 14 and end on Tuesday March 3, pending no weather related delays.
Volunteers are needed to be class leaders for the Advanced class. Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 7-9 pm. The class leader is asked to tie two patterns of your choice and share your techniques and experiences. The participants will be tying along with you. We are asking you to secure the required materials and hooks needed for your patterns and then get reimbursed by the chapter for your expenses. The participants will supply their own thread. The actual class dates are as follows: January 14,21,28, February 4,11,18,25, and March 3. Please check your calendar and let us know if you can lead a class.
